Dextrose Monohydrate is D-glucose crystallized with a water molecule, obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch (Non-GMO). Our dextrose mono is produced 100% from corn. Its sweetener power (in 10% m/m solution) is equivalent to 75% of sucrose.
